If i rememver correctly, the fuel lines where they join down the bottom of the firewall, have a plastic clip which you push into the metal part, then you can pull the line apart? I think thats how it was.

Sometimes they stick a little, can you turn it? It may just need a little love tap on the bottom to budge it, then should just pull out.

Thats the cam angle sensor, the crank angle sensor is on the front of the timing cover.

set TDC
Remove the bolt Lever/Pull it out. Re installation is opposite, BUT, There's a 3mm hole on the shaft of the synchroniser (cam angle sensor). You need to rotate the gear with a rivet/drill bit inside the case hole so the inner shaft does not spin. With this 'home' position and TDC on the crank insert it in the block. You'll be trying to mate up the oil pump drive as well as the worm drive, a few in and outs will get it.
