From the FAQ sticky

Quote:
Whats the best cam?
No such thing << VERY true - no one cam is THE best
have a look through http://www.fordmods.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=66
Wade, Surecam, Crow, RPD, Jim Mock Motorsport and others all make cams for these engines. Check them all out and see what is best for you. If you post a thread asking for cam advice, provide as much information as possible about your car - Engine mods both current and future, gearbox, diff, how you drive most of the time, how much of a lumpy idle can you put up with, what your power/quarter mile goals are. This will help others to help you.

No such thing as the 'best cam' mate.
What car?
what sort of driving?
What do you want out of the cam (top end/mid range/ bottom end)?
Willing to change springs?
Any other work to the motor?
Extractors?
Answer those and we can point you in the direction of a few too look at.

edit: work needs quicker net connection so I can beat stockstandard to a post...

For torque you will want something like a wade 1004 (110-112 LSA).

to be honest I wouldnt be going for bulk torque because being a manual you have the gear ratios on your side and the torque cams run out of puff at the top end. You can probably go for something with a little less torque and a little more power which will keep the power through to redline.
