Heya guys,

I'm getting my cam reground by Wade soon, so I'd very much appreciate a super detailed walkthrough on how i can pull it apart and reinstall it. I've never pulled my EF GLi block apart so bare with me on being a complete novice :P
If you guys could walk me through from taking the rocker cover off onward I'd gladly appreciate it! Any tips along the way are much appreciated! I've got the max ellery's manual to give me a hand, but its little details that im after to help.

Thanks!
Matt

Well it did have pictures when I first wrote that like 4 years ago. I have it backed up somewhere.....

The important things are keeping the cam chain in tension at all times. And as you are getting a regrind getting the shims right.

If I was in Melbourne I'd help you out. It only takes an hour or so to put a cam in. Bit longer to shim it right though.

cheers
Scott

ps If you are reeeeaaaalllly desperate I will try and find the original doco.
