Hey guys, I have the opportunity to by a cam with these specs.
http://i73.photobucket.com/albums/i239/ ... y1/IMG.jpg What I'd like to know is, will the cam specs work with my s/c setup Raptor V s/c system 2400 stall 3:45 LSD stock valve springs (I can provide more info upon asking) If you can provide some details/reasons why it would not work, please let me know.

It will work. It's not 'ideal' but it will work. Normally with a supercharger you'd want more duration on the exhaust side.
If you got the money for it, call Surecam and get a cam custom ground for your setup |

When you say 'it will work', do you mean it will be ok but not great? Will it be better than stock still? I want to be able to move the power band peak from 4500rpm to 5500rpm and I am hoping this cam can do this.

Power should peak over 5000rpm, but that depends on more then just the cam. Like the guys on boosted said, you will need to replace the valve springs. The only reason i say it's not ideal is that I would normally use a cam with about 15 -20 degrees more duration on the exhaust side and a wider LSA. |

So it sounds like your saying it will work fine with h/d valve springs. It will be more powerful than stock, but wont have the potential as a cam with 15-20 degrees more duration on the exhaust side and a wider LSA. i.e. not as power as I think.
