Hi guys thanks for reading this thread.

My car (ef fairmont ghia) has started to backfire ever since my car went on gas which was last november.
- The car had started to back about 3 months ago
- Now it also does it on Petrol
- Lately it has been a struggle to start sometimes not all the time

Ive been told it is the power pack causing this. I have a new power pack at home so i was wondering what is the steps to changing over the power pack and any other information would be great.

Power pack? Coil packs do fail and if you have another then change it, you will need ramps. Normally start with plug leads then plugs and finally the coil pack.
