What is the tube coiming out of the rocker to the right of the oil refill cap, im guessing its got to do with oil... (duh) but what exacty does it do? every time its kept on my engine wont start but when i take it of she starts first click and n problems, HELLPPP

Sounds like the EGR Valve pipe, this should be connected to the inlet manifold and I think it recirculates the exhaust gasses.
Get a manual it will explain it all. Dean Jorr

that would be the PCV valve
positive crankcase ventilation allows for all the fumes that build up in the crank/engine to be burnt get a new 1 for liek $15
