If the fuses are good. Then it could be a relay. Can u hear a relay clicking when u turn the key as if to start the car?

could be one of the main fuses in the engine bay. like the main engine fuse.

but then again could just be that you forgot to take it out of gear....

if it dont turn over i'd be checking to see if there is power at the starter on crank. can you hear a click or 2 as you turn the key? it does sound like a bem problem though, but need more info.

I dunno, it makes a clicking sound. But if you hold the key in the start position it goes Click Click Click Click

All fuses seem alright from eye inspection and small testing.

yep agreed, flat battery or bad battery connection?
have you got around 12.5v across the battery?
have you got power to the starter solenoid?
have you got power at the starter relay?

of course mate, it takes much more power to turn a car over then it does to operate a stereo

Well from experience with electric motors, if there just isnt enough voltage and or current going to the motor, it just clicks.
I say whip out a voltmeter and check your voltages.

TIP wire the + of your noen (s) using the green/yellow and the - to the boot lamp switch, this switch is axactly the same as used in each of the passenger and drivers door, it should be right in front of the soleniod and be black in colour.

Your neon will come on when the boot is open and be totally in line with the CRT LMP fuse
