hi guys. one more thing. need another opinion on the below
i have a 32mm 2 core radiator in my ed fairmont now and i plan on doing a fair bit of caravan work and want to know if that'll do or wether i go 3 core 38mm radiator or v8 radiator. which radiators do you reccomend for doing a fair bit of caravan work up hills. v8 radiator, 3 core 38mm radiator, 32mm 2 core radiator. also i might bypass the radiator and run the transmission cooler pipes directly instead. can i have rough estimates on the following aftermarket ed parts v8 radiator, 3 core 38mm radiator, 32mm 2 core radiator |

install the biggest transmission cooler you can buy.
they are a lifesaver for long distance heavy towing. also give your auto a full service before leaving.

I don't think you need to swap the radiator assuming its in very good nick.
I'd probably consider putting EF/EL thermo fans on though. (In fact I did) rgds Frank |

thermo fans would be the best idea. give your auto a full flush. not just a half fluid and filter change, a full filter change, torque converter, valve body flush. and use the biggest radiator and trans cooler that'll fit. also i hope you have some stiff rear springs and a heavy tow bar
