Most aftermarket catalytic converters are not sought after. 10+ yr ones are the best.! My Mechanic mate just chucks out the old cats - maybe then the scrap metal guy us ripping him I will search Google and see how i go - $100 pick up sounds great 
THANKS Krytox - i didn't even think to google it GRRRRRRR PS what did you use as kewyords in your google search? OKAY just called OZCATS recycling in Cambellfield and they offered $30 Hmmmmmmm
