Just replaced all my drive gears chain, etc due to the idler gear flange comming loose.

I've obtained a second hand case (jmm) and isntalled everything and the tensioners TIGHT.

I pressed it in all the way but its way to tight.
I removed it and cleaned everything up a lil and noticed a slight d**k in the bore.
Tried removing it without scratching it up.... so can I hone this out or do I have to get another cover + tensioner?

Get another cover, if its too tight, or scored, could be a bigger prob later.
Get it right the first time, and no more hassles.
