well, a few months ago i was advised by troyman to cange my vct out for an aftermarket cam and non vct cam sprocket.

found some nice double valve springs and a nice cam, also found an adjustable cam sprocket to match said cam, just wondering what's involved in the cam sprocket swap, and the best way of doing the valve springs. and any other crap i need to know.
