Hmm you guy told me when he took it off he had to cut a piece of and it would cost about $20 to have someone to weld it back on, so then i called an Exhaust shop they said the exhaust would cost $100 to install and the extractors would cost $150 so $250 all up seems a bit expensive ! Should it be much cheaper than this ?

Dude if u want i can give u a hand to fit this stuff!!

Hopefully should be getting my system on Wednesday if that fails i should get it on Thursday via courier for $267 which i thought was a bit expensive ! Thanks for the offer Ford-sxr6 but if i cant do it i have a mate three mates who said they could help me and two of them have ramps they can lend me ! So once i have that piece of the exhaust welded back on i will tackle it so correct me if im wrong with what i need to do.

Steps
1) Remove Old Exhaust Via Rubber mounts, and the U Bolts and slide off !
2) Remove Old Headers
3) Install new Exhaust in reverse of removal
4) Install New Extractors which new gasket and new bolts and give it a run

I probally have missed something so please provide some input !

Edit: I dont have a hacksaw but i have an angle grinder

So this is what i have to work with here regarding the back the only issue i found is that a hook that holds the end of the pipe up seems to be rusted enclosed are some pictures, first one is of the hook that looks like it could be rusted to the pipe

The second one is of the muffler that is closet to the rear and with that one i have to disconnect the pipe from the muffler then remove the muffler from the support yes ?

Also i will need a new gasket yes ? If so what material is best ?

ok thanks ! if you have a look in the first photo i gave on the last page its seems like the pipe is welded to that hook, so should i just seperate them with the angle grinder or can i get another one of them hooks ? Also if i cut it do i have to weld the pipe back on the hook ?

you will find that "hook" is welded to the exhaust and up top of the "hook" there will be a rubber mount.
