Hi there, probably been covered many a time sorry, if I swap out ba manual engine from ute, and replace ba from auto sedan, will it run when changed or trailered to. Ford for programming ?

do ou mean just the engine or box as well? ..... if just the motor, no problem. change ova engine loom

yea mate , just the engine, so no need to get them re mapped

far as i know .... i'm 'presuming' [so don't take it as gospel] that nothing needs ta be changed other than the engine wiring loom. :mrgreen:

As long as you fit the wiring loom from your original motor, it will start and run fine, no need to take it to Ford for programming, it will just start and run the way it's meant to be straight up.

What about a motor out of a bf or fg ? Just wiring loom or computer to
