hey guys if i change the inlet manifold on my eb to el ef inlet manifold will i get any more power if so what do i need to doooooooo please help

dont know if youll get all that much more power but youll get a good increase in torque

hi
to get more power out of it you will need 2 fit the ef/el manifold and a el ecu aswell.. just fitting the el manifold by itself wont really do anything performance wise as the el ecu controls the manifold bbm switching.. with the el manifold and ecu you will gain a noticable torque increase down low and you will have a slightly higher rev limiter.. |

ef ecu wont as it has 100 pins on the ecu but the el one will plug straight in as it has 60 pins like ea/ed..
and you only need to add a few wires to the ecu plug and modify a few wires on the eb manifold loom to get the manifold operating.. here is a link with some info that should help.. http://www.fordmods.com/forums/documents.php?doc=85 |
