how much chemiweld should I use to fix this crack?
there is no directions on the bottle as to where to put it in other than the radiator, butI suspect the water jackets may have issues.. or have I missed a bolt somewhere.. thanks. ps this is a block out of a mates mustang, it was supercharged and on no2, running nitro-methane, had a fuel surge at about 5 grand, this is what pure no2 and a supercharger will do to a windsor... nasty.

guess no one needs to create a mental image anymore when someone says the windsor has a 500hp block limit and will crack down the middle beyond that

nasty. Hah, only a matter of time on a combo like that... lemme guess, nice flowing heads and a short runner intake that lets her rev to 6000rpm? Something about those mustang drivers... maybe its because they can pop over to the next door neighbour's place and grab a windsor roller block for 100 bucks!! Hehe, that's a F**k beauty tho.

Sadly it doesnt take much to crack a windsor down the center like that.. High reving and boost are usually to blame.

BUT make sure that after the week it has been in your engine you rinse it out (as directed), not that it has happend to me (and only god knows how many times ive used it) but i have heard that if it is left in there for too long it can block your radiator.
