this has been going on a long time are we actually going to seen a drivable 4.8 in the near future or have you settled to 4.5

the 4.8 will happen....the 4.5 is something that I can do with of the shelf parts

which off the shelf parts are you reffering to,?

would u happen to have a cost for these off the shelf parts?

Thats right. If it was so easy everyone would be doing it. Joe has had a move of Workshops which disrupted a lot of work as well as other relocation issues.

Its easy for all of us to sit here on the keyboard and bag out on people but how many of the "I want one" mob would pay what the package will really cost, not many.

I do custom work and everyone wants one till they find out what it really costs and all of a sudden I am trying to rip them off.

Joe has a bussiness to run as well as a family to support like many of us and time is not always available when it is need, don't we all know that. The man works six days week and I have seen him in his workshop till after 8pm.

If you are really interested be patient and all will be revealled very soon, that is for sure.

I can understand how some people are getting somewhat tried of things, but I do all of this after hours & when the time is avaiable....running a small workshop & unfortunalty the staff that I had made it dificuilt for me to pursue my projects as I had to make sure my day to day dealings or the bread & butter stuff comes first....& to make matters worse this year has not been a good start as I'm now on my own so again the bread & butter stuff comes first as thats what pays my bills !! & untill I find a good worker things are going to be some what chalanging, theres a hand full of poeple here that's aware of my situation & always offered to help, (who use to be customers who I now concider to be good friends)... & some of you who's been reading this may understand what it like & some of you don't give a s**t, which is fine.. but untill I can have the workshop running with out me constantly having to steer it that comes first & foremost, as I do want to move away from that & concertrate with my manufatoring side on things..

So be patiant or do it your self !!

Joe

Joe is a great bloke and an excellent mechanic. He is always willing to help and goes to great lengths to ensure that he's customer are happy and pleased to have dealt with him. From having work done to my car by Joe and talking to him I know that Joe is a man of his word, and I'm certainly sure that when he is able to get things all back on track that he will pursue his 4.8 ltr I6 engine.

Well, I can't be bothered reading through 23 more pages of bull s**t.

Keen to see a final price list for a 4.5 though.
