After some advise on a cms stage 3 cam, all the in's n out's and how the car will perform after cam install.

The car is a xr6 xg 5 speed manual with hedders, 2.5" exhaust.. Recently put in new heavy duty performance valve springs, lifters, valve stem seals, vdo siemens injectors and a few other bits and pieces, the ute is a daily..

Has anyone had experience with this cam? Is the idle lumpy?

Comes in around 2600rpm until redline depending on set up. Best suited to soom head work being done but will work well with a stock head. What head do you have and is there any porting etc?
Lumpy idle & ECU friendly.
Cam must have ISC, TPS mods. You may get a little hunt with an auto but as yours is manual you should have little issues.
Valve spring upgrade needed but you already have that. Vernier gear needed.

In my opinion you wil be happy with the results.

im just running the stock xr6 head at the moment, havnt had any porting done to it although im thinking of getting port and polish depends on the funds..

would ISC and TPS mods be included if i were to get it chipped and tuned?
