I have completed my modifications to the airbox and inner guard on my ABS-equipped falcon.
I am chasing up some 3in - 4in. ducting to supply the airbox with cold air. Where is the best place/s to get it from?

No photo of the airbox, but 2 of the inner guard.
I've made a bracket for the charcoal canister to bolt up to the side of the ABS Module. The wiring and pipes will reach no problem.

Also, you need the extra cut-out section so all the wiring and pipes will fit.

You did a nice job cutting it out. What did you use to cut it.

Id be thinking a holesaw? If not, theres some skills there! Its hard to get nice clean results like that with most things, and you couldnt fit a jigsaw in there...

It is a little different to the setup your doing tho smoke_rubber, as i used a pod but same prinicipal , made a difference especaily in the colder months of the year, i did want to wrap the pipe with the heat resistant wrap, but couldnt justify the price of it for how much the whole mod cost me (wich was under $20, as i already had the pod filter)

Dude, i used the ducting for aircon units for houses. Its a thin flexible aluminium foil coated plastic that is impregnated with wire. It allows you to maje any bend you want and i hooked it up to my cornering light duct, which i dont have on the Fairmont

I used a holesaw, then just cleaned the edges and made up some touch up paint (dad is a spray painter) and applied it so it won't rust. I still haven't gotten around to chasing up some ducting, but i'll try all the places mentioned so far. cheers guys!
