when my car is cold or when i go to start it after work it statrts fisrt time but then runs rough then stalls, i have changed leads spark plugs, what could it be?

Mine was doin similar, gave the throttle body a good clean and fixed the problem, other ideas thrown my way were the TPS or the O2 sensor

Its more likely to be the IAT (Intake Air Temp) sensor on the intake manifold (just under the throttle body) Mine used to do the same thing when cold (splutter on take off when cold but fine when warm)

my ef does it if i set the idle screw to low
