Piston rings wearing, head not being torqued down
Please provide more info with yoru threads - i have removed a number of poor threads and posts by you. In order to help you people need info on what yoru trying to do, ie model of car, engine, trans problems you have etc If you do that im sure you will get more replies and people will be able to help you more

What is the individual compression readings on each cylinder? Do they improve with the addition of oil?
I just tested my EF with 223,000k's and got 180psi all round +- 2psi. That is an excellent reading. That is very close to new car compression. Anything below 146psi is considered rebuild time for a falcon. Make sure you test with all plugs out (to speed up rotation) and with throttle at WOT. cheers Scott
