I recently installed a pod on my falcon, one of my mates has told me that because it sucks alot more air in i have to get the computer tuned, but another mate says that the computer will recongise this and adjust itself what do i do because they are both s**t artists!!

Dont worry about it, the computer will cope. You would be very luck if the pod got any extra air into the engine.

Nah he owns an XB so i and is normally pretty cluey when it comes to cars but i'm going to print these replies out and shove them up his a***, i was so close to taking it to the mechanic thanks fellas

the computers arn't tuneable without resorting to an add in chip type thing, but that's not a tune that's an addon...
if he owns an XB then he's probably not overly familiar with electronically controlled vehicles and fuel injection, it's a different ball game all together, if you had done it to an old carby fed thing like an XB, sure a tune would be a good idea! |

it will cope but your better off putting the pod into your Air intake Box so its not just sucking hot air out of the engine bay. box it and you will be getting cold air
