After flushing the cooling system on a EF faclon, how much concentrated coolant should I use from a 5ltr bottle??

mmm ok, ive never put coolant in my car before, the mecs did it.

well you might need 5 litres of concentrate to make up the 15 litres. just read the pack and it will tell you how much concentrate you need

what goes in first? the coolant or the water? sorry for the dumb questions but if u dont ask ya dont learn i guess. also ive been reading that people only use demineralised water, do you really have to do this??? seems like a pain in the a***,

i just chuck the coolant in first and add demineralised water after. dont like taking risks with the cooling system... dont worry they aint dumb questions, i asked them too at some point

demineralised water it is then, where can u get it from? they sell it at auto stores? supermarkets??

auto shops will have it. ive been let down by supermarkets before lol, just pop into supercheap or repco and grab some bottles. oh yeh and always grab a few extra litres, never know what may happen when changing coolant...

yeh the cooling system capacity should be 15 litres. check your user manual to be sure..

Yep, I use Nulon Long Life Coolant which was about $35 for 5 litres..
