just wondering i know it has been posted on the old forum can someone please post it up again because i lost it, that is a how to do a cooling system and radiator flush

all i do is drain radiator top it up with water.... turn over engine.... drain again
i keep doing this till all coolant has gone then drain the water out and refil with new coolant...

man thats such a long way...


make sure engine is cold! and off
turn on heater

drop the bottom rad hose
rip off the thermostat housing and the thermostat and grab a hose and stick it in any water hole you can and flush it out
ie put house were thermostat was
in the resovoir tank etc

after you have flushed out the old coolant replace with new coolant mixed to the correct ratio and add a new thermosta
or you can get it done at ford...

try to fill with fresh rainwater if you can, not tap water... full of yukky s**t!
