If you can get the bends etc just go for it... vik...dont think I would use it my self though!!!

haah i actually work at a plumbing suppier so if all goes to plan with this copper and all. i can jsut get it from work $5 bends and $10/m of copper.
to easy. oh and can copper be chrome plated? would that work..

to easy. bend are around $13 staff price and coppe is $50 or so per metre.. dont forget it is 80mm copper i am using

As said above, chrome is excellent on copper! In fact, when doing bumpers etc, they dip the bumper into the copper first. It comes out, then gets highly polished as its smooth, and makes it easier to electroplate as it conducts electrcity wonderfully

The copper pipe for an Exhaust is deadly,as there is a third gas produced that is more harmful and can kill you more quickly if leaking, and is therefore why it is illegal to have copper extensions.
However, i had used them on my fuel line on my V8 clevo and never had any problems, and man did it look good when polished
