???? has there been anybody slotting the syncer in on the wrong spline on the aux shaft????

green machine from memory------3 heads in 3 starts 1-2 years ago,out of sync.aux shaft and timing i think,its posted.hows the compression in the motor?

it could be the sync sensor.. the sync sensor tells the ecu when the cam is at tdc on compression stroke and synncronises the injector firing with the ignition..

thanks troyman,, also anything over 2000Rpm works perfectally, does the ecu advance the timing around 2 grand?

has this motor been rebuilt and just started recently,orange is 19 lb injectors i think.

Definately drop your injectors. The stock ecu cant handle fuel mapping without stock injectors. Need a j3 chip to be able to modify that. Are you running the stock ecu?

@ hans, i completley rebuild the engine and the gearbox,

thease are black injectors

there probably std... the 6 cyl are 19lb but are black.. there is a part number on the side of them if your not sure...

change back to the 19lb stock injectors----save the black for turbo,check the timing.

ill pull the sync out tomorow and slot it back up , getting a bit dark now

yep the bosch 19lb 6 cyl ones are all black from ea to el..
and the v8 ones are coloured..
