What do you want to tuner to do? if you want it chipped try Road and Track For the parts, try u-pullit down elizbuff. IMO taking the mpefi stuff of the car youself is a good start, and you get to pick the best (undamaged) parts. Plus they are cheap.

hi
i dont think there is any need to tune the mpfi other then timing/plugs/leads.ect maybe get the injectors serviced because as far as i know there is no real way of tuning your ecu the ecu gets all its readings from the sensors (temp, hego, maf)and it will learn after a short time.. some one else may have more info on the tuning side of it... please correct me if im wrong |

nah your right. If you get an ECU to match the manifold there isnt anything to tune. Suppose you could call setting the timing tuning, but if you cant do that yourself then dont consider trying the mpefi conversion.
