Occasionally when I go to start my car the engine cranks but doesn't seem to have enough power to turn over and start. When that happens I try again and it starts usually without a hitch. Does anyone have any ideas/experience with this sort of problem? Any advice would be helpful. Cheers! |

use a multimeter set to dc voltage 20volts or more if not auto scale -check battery voltage is approx. 12 volts when car has sat for awhile crank over voltage should hold minimum of 9.0 volts while cranking if lower battery susspect - charge when running approx. 14-14.5 volts -
