Im having issues getting my pulley off the crank... I have got the retaining nut and washer off but cant work out how to use the tft pulley removal tool i have here, its got heaps of bolts a screw thingy and a cap but wtf do they all do????

there should be some attchments that slot into the end of the removal bolt,,find the one that won't slip inside the crank snout,,you'll need a small mirror to lign the bolts up with the balancer.
there should be 3 holes on the inside of the balancer,,you need to use these. lign one up at first then the others,screw the bolt in and it should start to slide off,,they can be hard but persevere with it and it'll come off.

ok the only question i have now is i have one attachment that will go on the end of the main bolt but it is bigger than the crank hole... But the bolt that goes in the center of the tool is the exact same size as the bolt i removed from the ballancer im assuming i should use the bolt with no attachment yes?

mate be very carefull with the thread in the crank, i damaged mine removing the balancer and took me hours to work the bolt back in smoothly.

worked it out i do use the gold connector thingy as that keeps the bolt out of the hole and will save the thread

OK last question on this topic i hope..... How do i get the retaining bolt on the balancer to tighten... I turn and the pulley turns and i cant use the breaker bar trick i used to loosen it as thats only gonna get it to turn the wrong way....

i use a rattle gun but if you dont have access to one most ppl lock the ring gear up with a screwdriver.
