Gday guys, My car overheated the other week and I realised that my thermo fans werent switching on (its an EB with thermos installed).
First thing I replaced was the relay but when I put the new one on the fan stays on the whole time..... so i'm assuming the temp switch has died?

I now would rather have a toggle switch inside the car to run both fans when needed. Would I need 1 relay per fan? what size relay? Also what guage wire would I use for the switch?

In the OzE cruisers club bit, you will find that a guy by the name of brandon something or other did a doco that I used. It shows how to add the switch into circuit.

You only need a 3rd relay if you want 1 thermo fan to go on with the engine and the other to go on with the air con.
