Whatys the easiest way to change the ratio of an EBII falcon 6 diff to a 4.11, can i change centres with a R31 skyline?

You have to change the pinion gear aswell as gears come in a matched set. I would just buy a gear set and while you have it out I would put new bearings in at the same time.

Yes that is what you need. Its not an easy job to install them and should be done by somebody who knows what there doing. They have to be set up correctly with a good pattern and correct backlash.
