Hi guys.
Lukey super systems.... rather than paying for someone to install it, would I be capable of installing it myself? Is it bolt on, or are modifications/welding required? Car is AUII. Cheers, ian |

Generally it is going to be much stronger and last longer if you weld it together rather than clamping it. In my eperience exhausts are something worth paying someone else to do. But check and make sure they know what they are doing first. There are some cowboys out there!!!

is it cat back?
yes, than do it your self it should be a bolt on setup. just check to make sure before pulling it apart. the only time you really need to weld is when fitting extractors as the cat needs to be relocated and hence requires modifing.

i done mine my own, and if i can do it, any one can. its was easy.
just pull off your oldone (one flange, then you will need to cut it in half, just with hack saw or chain cutters) then the new one bolts up. i used ramps, but if you have a pit it will be easier. you do need to clamp it in the middle, but if you want it welded then after its fitted take it to a exhaust place, prolly cost 10 bucks to weld. really very easy.
