the power steering in my XG ute wont hold the belt on. i have spent two days and four belts stuffing around with washers and other crap to try and align the pulleys correctly but it still just rolls the belt and spits it off. this has only started to do it in the last six months, it was fine when i first bought it. by using a staight edge they are lined up perfectly but still they stuff the belts. i have been using good quality bosch belts. any ideas?

Is the pulley still in good shape? Maybe its warped.

i think ill just try another pump from a wreckers and get thew mounting brackets with it.
