Not really a combo can only produce so much power tuned perfectly, so weight doesnt matter at all.

When choosing components to go faster you may want to consider the amount of weight to know what power to weight ration you will end up with.

I've thought about this before and come up with the conclusion that there is only so far you can go when putting your car on a diet. I mean, what can you loose, while still making your car comfortable, driveable and legal???

but would the washer bottle be worth it, i mean it's 3-4m of extra cable, which only weighs 1 kg when full of water.
the battery isn't a bad idea though, i was going to do this myself, but not for a traction aid.. more so i can just run some ducting straight down to the front with no bends.
but the stuffing around for a possible 1rwkw gain to me isn't worth it.

i moved my batter to the boot to do this.
not finneshed yet as i'm yet mount the 3 new coils and wire it in neatly and make the new leads to suit the coils, so it looks messy right now. BUT when it's done......

yeh i noticed in your airbox/throttle intake pics that the leads go off to the side, and recalled you said you have dis4.
there is heaps of room once the battery has been moved.

it's a bit of stuffing around. i had to extend the coil wires over to where it is now, it's only four wire so i use some supra audio 4 core. you'll see it in the next pic. and as you can see the old leads have no chance of fitting and looking good. so i'm going to make new ones.

once it's all done it will look pretty nice, with neat leads and trio of W&M coils
