This might provide some healthy competition.

Its running a 427 pulling roughly 1250RWHP, lenco air shifter g/box, massive turbo (Turbonetics Thumper Series), 9in Detroit Locker, Full Adjustable Suspension, Dry Ice Intercooler, Customer Inlet Manifold & Exhuast Manifold, it's been resprayed and all new stickers on it aswell.

Hey that's no fair :x
Dan you can't compare a big dollar salt lake racer to a budget build drag car built from wrecking yard parts

I think dan only raised the comparison as phase autos mentioned land speed record taxi... seems like a fair comparison.

Should give it a really distinct "Sssssssstu tu tu tu" blow off valve. Would suit the whole awesome funny taxi thing.

Keeping an eye on this :)

that dose comes from boost and not having a blowoff valve and as blow offs dont help an auto down the strip its getting a dose!

I have believed this for a long time that the Sssstu tu tu sound was from dose but I had no sound from my wagon under boosted, I fitted a turbo smart blow off and now it does the dose sound. Could you shed some light on what is the case there?

there must be a confusion in sounds as a blow off is your psssst and a dose is tu tu tu tu tu?

when you in melbourne next with it bring it in for a look!

do you have it hooked up befor the turbo?

The entire loom was changed with one from an ea ghia and it still wouldn't run properly, that's the reason I sold it.
