An EL engine would of been a smarter idea.
Whats wrong with log manifold? I had an EB XR6 went a lot better then a 157kw EF engine even pulled harder then EL ghia engine. Can't see it being worth all the hassle installing BBM to pre EF, the real world performance gain is hardly noticeable and to me the EA/EB log manifold sounds better at high RPM

Make sure your running distributor ignition too because ef engines use coil pack ignition and an el ecu wont work with that. Either that or you can get an ef ecu to run the coilpacks.

Fair enough and wat is difference between ef and el. One has dizzy one runs coil... put dizzy in ef make it pretty much an el right? And I'm running LOG now and it goes poo and I got bbm and airbox and piping with motor so I might as well I don't mind the hassle and it should look better :)
