i have an eb 1993 i want to swap the engine to an au engine,

things i have for the swap:
the au engine
tickford xr6 head
au ato ecu

one thing i think will hold the swap back is some code will pop up with the ecu and all the time and money spent was for nothing, has anyone done a swap like this
