If you have spark and fuel pressure to the rail, I'd be looking at the injectors and the injector pulse as probable candidates.

Even with a stuffed FPR the car should still start and hunt at idle. If your getting good blue spark while cranking on a test plug and/or you can hear the fuel pump prime in the boot when ign is turned on. Then it's got to be the ECU relay under the coolant reservoir that controls voltage to the injectors or the ECU has packed it in.

spark amongst other stuff, anyways its not fuel pump, ecu relay, f/p relay, module, fuses, smartlock jewel is doing what its ment to so i dont think its a security issue what else could stop the injectors from working.

So you have already put a 12v test bulb across one of the injector plugs while cranking the engine and it didn't flash at you.

Well then you have a faulty connection between the MPI harness plug to the ECU relay( which you have tested for 12v output while cranking the engine)... Just use your multimeter and start measuring for continuity through the harness..

Cheers....
