does any one know if and how many where released with the full leather interior and if it was an option or standard from the factory as there was left over leather from the GT run

yes they were released in leather
they were basically the same seats as the GT, only without the GT stitching.

Yep, my EB2 Faimont Ghia has full leather!, the diff between it and the GT is the GT stitching in rear seat and rear seat head rests are different.

Yeh, waggin's has full leather. Even has the same ED XR front end, and rear lip spoiler!
