hey mate has an EB Xr6 1992 just wondering how i can tell wether or not its is an original xr.. i have been told that the 1992 spac has the model number 18234 and the xr6 has the number 18335 is this true

I don't know about that method...
But you should be able to quote the VIN/ Engine number to FPV to see if it came through Tickford. Apparently Ford didn't keep tabs on what stock they sent over to Tickford so there database would still see it as a normal S-Pack. Apparently a guy was looking to get his EB GT verified and Ford said that according to the numbers it was a normal Fairmont Ghia (the base for the EB GTs)! |
