yo, I'm putting an AU engine into the ED, just wondering if anyone knows whether the ED aircon can be attached to the AU block and run on an EF-based serpentine setup? I have an EF compressor as well if i have to, but i'd rather not have to re-gas the aircon. Cheers

unfortunatly you need the ef/el aircon compressor..
the ed one sits about 1/2 inch to far forward and wont line up with the serpentine pulleys..
also the ed pump uses a 5pk(5 ribs) and the ef serpentine belt is a 6pk belt(6 ribs)...
