Hello all,
I am having trouble with my ED dual fuel falcon fairmont. The other day it wouldn't start in the heat after work ( it started fine in the morning). It turns over, I can hear the fuel pump. I tried moving the shifter through the gears, nothing. Eventually after about 1/2 hr of trying, it just started. Once it was going no problems at all. Today, again no trouble getting started, and then the same happened after work ( in the sun). Now luckiy i got it home but it won't start at all now(engine cold). i don't think it is the fuel as it wouldn't start on either gas or petrol. Battery is fine. I am not sure about what the next mostly likely problem would be? I have read that the ignition coils are probable, but given that it runs fine once started would this be the cause? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Cheers Rob |

check if you have spark mate, if you do that eliminates the coil
