Hey Guy's, just a quick question here.
I was doing some maintenance on my car and noticed that there was a rattle on the car, a quick diagnosis found that it was the PVC Valve ball rattling, and I have never heard a PVC Valve do that before. So does it just mean that it's on it's way out and it needs replacing? Thanks, James

My lpg conversion included a new pcv valve. It makes a decent rattle. When I asked whether it should be that loud I was told that it just shows that its working. I havent worried about it since.

The lpg pcv valves are metal to stop them exploding on backfires, but apart from that they operate exactly the same. The rattle would be the ballbearing valve shuddering against spring tension. I think you'll find that yours is operating fine.
