Have you checked the cam sensor?

Is the Fuel Pump priming?

fuel pump is priming but i havnt checked the cam angle sensor as it says not adjustable and dont really know what to do to check it

picked up a second hand ecu the other day and now its running sweet almost forgot how good it was to drive it, thanks everyone for ya help
