HI. Have an EF 4.0 L. It Starts to cut out and miss after about 5 mins down the road. It throws a diagnostic code 214 each time it does it. Would it be more likely to be the Synchhroniser (CAM POS SENSOR) or the the wiring in the EFI engine loom? WIGGLE TEST SEEMS OK, when its running and shake the loom, under the inlet manifold.
