Hey guys I have a 1994 EF Falcon 4.0l with a 5 speed manual, I have recently had a second hand engine fitted to my car cause the old one did a big end bearing, it ran fine for a couple of days but now when you drive the car will randomly loose electrical power and the car will stall for a few seconds then start up again and run, this is really anoying cause it will do it at any speed and at any revs, I have heard rumors that it could be the coil pack??
Please help me as I work 6 days a week and this is my only car.

Just go around all the wiring connections in the engine bay and make sure they are all connected properly, speacially the engine loom since you had it all disconnected

I have already done that all, all I found was that the altanator power lead was loose, I tigtened that it it still does it.

there is a few threads floating around with the same symptons. maybe pays to search for them
