I am currently helping a Mate change his head on an EF. Everything has been replaced and put back together and all that needs to happen now is to get the drive belt back on the pulley's. Although we are having a few problems working out which way the belt goes, as it is huge!!!! Does anyone have any idea? Or have any pictures of this? Or know where I can find the information,
Cheers |

YES hold the fan belt with the teeth on the inside . than put it on the bottom pully.it has to go all the way around the bottom pully. than take it in both hands in your right hand.put it on the air con pully.with the left hand put it on the bottom tensher. tit will have to be put from inside the tenshner.just turn the belt so it will slide over the pully .than still using your left hand put it over the water pump. than over the alternater than power stering. you will need to pull the tenshner to words the battury to put it over the top tenshner pully .than release it and just make shore that the belt is in all the groves on all pullys with groves in them . i hope this can help you out if not pm .me back and we can talk on phone and explain it beter

If you havent already, remove the thermo fans, its only two bolts and two electrical connectors takes a couple of minutes and makes life heaps easier. Found out the hard when I replaced my head a couple a weeks ago.
