its self adjusting!
you may have to purchase a longer/smaller belt

I run a 6PK2350 instead of the Listed item number..

I realise it is self adjusting I was after info on an easier way to get it on/off than brute force levering tensioner wheel etc

The usual method is a half inch drive with ratchet, fit to the square hole, rotate whole lot clockwise - not too difficult with a trolley jack handle on the ratchet arm.

Make sure you have the correct tensioner with belt to match. Your belt should slip on reasonably easy with tension off.

EF/EL and XH tensioners are similar, but not the same - an XH tensioner using an EF/EL belt is next to impossible to get on.
