Buy a new pully. unbolt the tensioner change the pully, bolt the tensioner back on.
Or as Ive seen so many lately with tensioners that are our of alignment, buy a complete tensioner assembly, it will come with new pullies. |

As Tickford 6 said, replace the Pulley. With the plastic factory pulleys, the bearing can't be replaced. Go to Bursons ETC and get replacement Metal pulleys, around $25.00 each.

purchase new pulleys aftermarket once's are metal so in the future you can replace just the bearing
ive heard of some people replacing there pulleys bearings if there careful enough not to break the plastic could give it a go bit its a risk |

Why replace a brittle old plastic pulley when you could buy a new bearing. f**k around, break the pulley and then get a new one anyway.
Yea I dunno man. I guess unless you know first hand how much time + money you can loose fiddling around you could think these things are good easy cheap fixs. |

I myself am not on compo but I cannot work due to 3 disks done in by back, one in my neck, shoulders that dislocate frequently, early onset arthritis in my hands and f**k knee's. Doesn't stop me from going on because I cant stop or I reckon I'll die. All it means is I work in my own time taking breaks when I need to. You cannot do that when your on a clock card. In general, why even put that comment in? |

Of course he is talking about himself and he even explains its not him being a smart a** so he doesnt offend....... Dont know how much more polite he could have been.
The reason for my reply is that somehow you have taken offense to a comment that was tried to be put in a non-offensive way and in turn you have become offensive. I could see this was maybe going to be another one of those threads that's 6 pages of abuse tennis that leaves the actual topic aside, and in general when that happens it pisses me off. Why? Because the bloke who's threads be hijacked by crap ends up getting pushed aside. Thats my 2 cents anyway and the last Ill say |
