hey guys just doing my research while my block gets all the machine work done to it, im getting a ef engine built and i dont want to have to do lots of work to fit it, i read a while back that a ea/eb intake can be used in conjunction with the block without the need of changing wiring looms. i would appreciate it if i could get some pictures of the dizzy being installed instead of the synch sensor. can i fit all of the eb running gear straight to the ef block? and i just have to put a ef radiator with thermo fans in?
Cheers, Brandon |

afaik you don't even have to run thermos.
use the top half or your thermostat housing off the EA (the one that points forward), and you should be fine. |

yeah it's not cheap.
as long as you use ALL the accesories from the EA (power steering pump, etc), and the top of the thermostat it's all plug and play afaik as the blocks were all the same from EA to AU. AU just had different sump |

yeah its turned out to cost me about $1500, and i still have to buy the head. using all ea stuff makes it alot better, i just recently put a new water pump on it so i can use that
