check fuel pressure may have restricted return line to tank - is fuel feed line and return line connected correct way around ?

Have you got good earths on the motor and battery?
Next time it rev hangs try lifting up the accelerator pedal or get under the hood and make sure the cable isn't binding and staying on, my eb used to do this.

yeah, got pressure in the fuel lines, no blocks, all earths are good, have 3 0g cables from block to chassis so a bit of overkill :P

still could be isc, i had revhang with my ef manual, replaced isc 3 times with known working ones, and even replaced the ecu. put a brand new isc on and no more revhang
